Huseyin KOC was born in Yozgat, in 1989. He received his B.A. degree (with a Certificate of High Honor) in English Language Teaching Department from Education Faculty of Akdeniz University in 2012. He started his career as an English Language Instructor at the School of Foreign Languages of Ankara University and TOMER in 2012. Following a year of experience in Ankara, he started to instruct at the School of Foreign Languages of Harran University in 2013. After a year of service as the Chair of Modern Languages Department from 2014 to 2015; he served as the Chair of Basic English Department (Preparatory Program) for three years from 2015 to 2018. He earned his M.A. degree in English Language Teaching Department from Mersin Cag University in 2017. He did several scientific research projects and conducted activities within Harran Children University. Currently, he is serving as an English Language Instructor at the School of Foreign Languages and the Vice Principal at Harran Children University. He is a Ph. D. candidate looking for open programs and his major research interests include teaching English to young learners, language anxiety, professional development in ELT and English-medium instruction.
